I managed to reduce my bp from 100 distolic average to around 80 in two weeks, I havn’t even finished reading the book yet. If you have high bp, then this a must read book. The method is simple to put into practice and for me it worked. My wife is a nurse, and she can’t believe the results. If you do want to give it a try, I suggest that you buy a good bp monitor, the British hypertension Society publishes a list of good models.
