I have to agree with the other reviews apart for the poor finishing and generally poor standard of illustrations. In one instance it looks like a felt pen has been used to indicate a specific part of a photo…Shame!
In this age of improved illustrations and imaging it is a real spity that the author didn’t use better examples to help illustrate what is otherwise a fantastic bedside reference text.
