Cholesterol and heart diseases go hand in hand with each other and are the number one leading health problems in America causing many deaths. This is a big issue that many people have failed to address.
High cholesterol levels have a direct link in the cause of many heart diseases. It is a risk factor that continually raises the risk factor of having heart diseases to many overweight and obese adults. But don’t be fooled, there are lots of people who doesn’t have an overweight body that has high cholesterol levels. They do are likely candidates for heart diseases.
A person’s cholesterol level is not just due to what he or she eats. It is also how fast bad cholesterols are produced in the body and how fast it is being eliminated.
As a fact, the human body manufactures the proper amount of cholesterol it needs, so a person doesn’t have to come up with a diet to supply or replenish cholesterol in the body. You should concentrate more in lowering the levels that on adding more to it.
Other factors that may increase cholesterol levels aside from the food we eat are; Stress, too much alcohol, weight, lack of exercise pr other physical activities, the age and the sex of a person.
Do not just be another nameless statistic. Millions of Americans die each year because of Coronary Heart Diseases. Lowering your cholesterol and looking after your overall health can lower the risks of having Heart Diseases.
